Before you decide to return an Adya product, we kindly ask you to appreciate how our products are crafted.
Each of our items is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans, making every piece unique and potentially differing from one another.
Please don't view any irregular weave, print, or stitch as a flaw. The essence of handcrafted items lies in their charming variations rather than uniformity.
Despite this variation, we at Adya proudly stand by the quality of our products. Below, you'll find details about our return and exchange policies.
PROCESS FOR RETURN
Many of our products are custom-made or created upon order. Consequently, we do not offer refunds or returns.
But you can request an exchange or a credit note within 24 hours of the product delivery under the following circumstances -
Product (s) delivered are inaccurate than the one ordered i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
Product (s) size issue.
In all the cases above, please be advised the product being returned for exchange should be in unused and original condition.
NOTE -
Products bought under SALE, EOSS, and PROMOTIONS will not be accepted for exchange.
If the product has been used, altered, or damaged post-delivery, we regrettably won't be able to facilitate an exchange.
Process for Exchange
While we meticulously inspect our shipments before dispatch, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the delivery date. Send an email at info@adyajaipur.com or call us within 24 hours of the of delivery with the following information:
Send the product back with all the tags, invoice, and packing labels in place to our return address, "37 Shivraj Niketan, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur 302021". If the product is returned without these essentials it will not be accepted for exchange.
After a quality check, we can proceed with the exchange for you.
Note: The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by the customer.
PROCESS OF REFUND
We regret to inform you that refunds to the original account are not provided. Should you prefer not to proceed with a product exchange, you may kindly request a store credit note equivalent to the value of the exchanged item, deducting the shipping costs for the return journey. The store credit note will remain valid for a period of 1 month from the date of issuance
