COST OF SHIPPING -
Domestic -
We offer free shipping across India on orders above Rs.1999.
International -
The Shipping fee for international orders is automatically calculated based on Net Weight and Volume Metric Weight for Quilts and other selected items. We make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIME -
Your orders are typically dispatched within 5-7 working days and delivered within 3-4 working days. Please note that this timeline may vary for customized orders or during peak periods such as festivals and holidays.
TRACK AN ORDER -
Once your order is shipped we will share the tracking details via email.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER -
In the event of order cancellation please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order via our email or WhatsApp. Once the order is dispatched the order will not be canceled.
NOTE- Custom Orders are non-cancelable.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS -
You can request a change of shipping address before the order is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to accept any address change requests.
ADDITIONAL & SURCHARGES -
Domestic Orders -
The price shown includes all taxes and represents the final amount you need to pay for the product.
International Orders -
All Custom Duties & Taxes levied on the products will be borne by the customer. This is as per the regulations set by the country you are receiving the shipment in and our logistics partner will assist you with this payment before the order is delivered to you.
SHIPPING OPERATIONAL HOURS
Our operational hours are 9:00 am IST to 5.00pm IST, Monday - Saturday (exclusive of Public Holidays). Your orders will be packed, processed and customized during these hours.
